Julius Meinl 1862 Vienna is a careful blend of 100% Arabica beans. These beans from selected regions form an aromatic, strong and spicy coffee.
The International Taste Institute – awarded our 1862 Vienna blend a Superior Taste Award. Commending its intense and inviting aroma, golden crema and harmonious taste, is the highest award the Institute can give.
Brewing recipe recommended for a double espresso:
- Coffee amount: 16g
- Extraction time: 23-27 sec.
- Beverage weight per cup: 32g
- Temperature: 92°C
